Activate Chester County is a collaboration among hospitals, health and recreation organizations, school districts, municipalities, and YMCAs across Chester County that are working to reduce obesity rates in Chester County.
Our mission is to advocate for programs, policies, and a physical environment that encourage physical activity and healthy eating to prevent lifestyle-related diseases among Chester County residents.
Our overall goal is to reduce obesity rates in Chester County.
Our message is Move More, Eat Smart, Create a Supportive Environment.

West Chester University's Center for Healthy Schools is excited to announce the Pennsylvania School Health Leadership Institute taking place on July 9 and 10 in partnership with the Pennsylvania American Cancer Society. The Institute is designed to strengthen the quality of education through a healthy learning environment.
