Gary Green
President and Chief Executive Officer

Gary Green has spent his 35-year career in leadership positions that have advanced the YMCA movement. A graduate of Springfield College with a degree in Community Leadership, he began his work with the Y in Massachusetts. In 1992, Gary accepted the position of CEO of the Central Chester County YMCA in West Chester.
He co-orchestrated the Central Chester County and Brandywine YMCA Association merge in 2001 that formed the YMCA of the Brandywine Valley. |

Denise Day
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Denise is a native of South Williamsport, PA and a graduate of the University of Nebraska with a degree in Exercise Science. She is 27-year YMCA veteran who has risen through the ranks from Physical Director to Senior Program Director, and Executive Director of the Western YMCA, Ambler YMCA, and the Kennett Area YMCA, one of the top 10 YMCAs in the nation. Denise leads operations for the six YMCA of the Brandywine Valley branches. |

Anthony Milano

Tony joined the YMCA of the Brandywine Valley in 2006 and in 2007 spearheaded the bond issue that funded the construction of the new West Chester Area YMCA. Prior to joining the YMCA of the Brandywine Valley, Tony was the Controller for the YMCA of Greater Rochester. He holds a dual Masters degree in Healthcare Administration and Finance from Temple University and worked in the non-profit and healthcare industries prior to joining the YMCA. |

Karen Babiak

Karen was born and raised in the Philadelphia area and earned her undergraduate degree in Communications from Neumann College and her MBA from West Chester University. She joined the YMCA in 2000 to provide leadership for the organization’s marketing and communications initiatives. Karen has 15 years nonprofit marketing experience including three years in the health care industry and two years in higher education. |

Chris Saello

Chris served as the Executive Director of the Brandywine YMCA branch from 2002-2008 before accepting the position of Vice President of Development. He has more than 17 years of YMCA experience and provides leadership for annual, capital and endowment fundraising for the YMCA’s six branches. A graduate of Downingtown High School, Chris earned both his undergraduate degree and MBA from Penn State University. |

Linda Petrecca

Linda, a native of Glenmoore, PA, earned her degree from Lebanon Valley College. She possesses over 30 years of YMCA experience, including 16 years as a Business Manager and Controller. Linda joined the YMCA of the Brandywine Valley in 2002 as the Director of Human Resources. She leads the YMCA’s efforts to provide an exceptional working experience for the organization’s more than 1,200 employees. |
