Adapted sports programs are designed for both the recreational and competitive athlete. Supported by staff and volunteers, individuals are encouraged to strive for their personal best.
In addition to our many sport related classes and clinics, many of our group exercise and fitness classes can be adapted to meet individual needs. Talk to us about what interests you and any accommodations you might need.
