YMCA of the Brandywine Valley personal trainers are nationally-certified professionals who work with weekend warriors, stay-at-home moms, health seekers, CEO’s, athletes, and all other fitness
aficionados to get the most out of their lives. Whether you want to prepare for a ski trip, train for an athletic event, improve your golf or tennis game, or just need a little push, personal training at the YMCA is the program for you!
To sign up for personal training, visit your YMCA Member Services Desk. Once you register, our fitness staff will match you up with a personal trainer that is right for you.
1-on-1 Training Packages
Work one-on-one with a nationally certified personal trainer in a 60-mniute session devoted entirely to you. Packages include an exercise program and progress charts.
Fee: 1 Session: $45 • 5 Sessions:$210
• 10 Session:$400 • 30 Session: $1,050
Partner Training Packages
You and a buddy train with one of our certified personal trainers. Includes progress charts.
Fee: 1 Session: $30 each •
5 Sessions: $125 each

Quick Start Personal Training Package
Perfect for the bride and groom, the expectant or post-partum mother
or the young teen just starting out. The package gives you a fitness
assessment & two 1-hour sessions with a personal trainer.

Fitness Assessment
A one-hour comprehensive testing of your overall fitness level: sub-maximal cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, blood pressure, resting heart rate and body composition.The certified trainer will review your results with you and give you a copy.
